On Innovation of College Student Work Based on the Ideas of Social Work

Abstract: The current college student work is facing many challenges and opportunities, and research on its innovation and development is extremely urgent. Social work is set to solve practical problems for people, which matches the concept of "people-oriented" and idea of quality education put forward in the process of deepening the reform of China's education system. It can play a greater role when enthusiastically combined with college student work. Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of college student work and the connotation of social work, this paper explores the specific methods of social work intervention in college student work, and conducts a discussion with the intention to deepen the innovative ideas and thoughts, change the idea, and apply flexibly and form a all-in-one mode, and improve the innovative mode for professional, individualization and comprehensive service, in order to provide some help to promote the development of college student work in China.
