Innovation of Cultivation System of Engineering Graduates under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation: A Case Study of GDUT Robotics Graduate Class

Abstract: Construction of high-level engineering university to cultivate high-level top-notch innovative talents is an urgent need in implementing innovation-driven development strategy. The exploration and innovation of the collaborative cultivation system between schools and enterprises is an important starting point for the construction of high level university and also the hot issue of academic degree and graduate education. Based on the analysis of collaboration status between schools and enterprises in cultivating postgraduates, this paper explores new ways of cultivating engineering graduates based on schools-enterprises and interdisciplinary cooperation, with the graduate class of robotics at Guangdong University of Technology as an example. It aims at providing practical experience for training the high-level innovative engineering talents.
