Abstract: The revitalization of child-friendly communities is not only an important measure of community social work practice, but also a practical mapping of the theoretical model of community social work. The revitalization of child-friendly communities is not only different from the space-planning path advocated by the rational-based social planning model, but also different from the space-power path advocated by the regional development model that emphasizes residents’ participation, and it is also different from the space-service path advocated by the community care model that emphasizes service provision. In practice, the revitalization of child-friendly communities follows the integrated practice logic based on the community field. This integrated practice logic is oriented to the problems in the community field, upholds people-oriented values, emphasizes the participatory cooperation of multiple subjects, pays attention to rational design of children’s activity space, institutional guarantee of children’s rights, and professional supply of children’s services. This integration model needs to establish a “child-centered” value concept, to implement the methodological principle of community-based, to comprehensively use the practice strategy of pluralism.

Key words: child-friendly community, community revitalization, space friendly, system friendly, service friendly
