摘要: 城市空巢老人是构建老年友好型社会进程中值得高度关注的群体,其生命质量直接影响社会和谐与民众福祉。研究表明,数字鸿沟、认知退化等因素使该群体在享受智慧居家设备带来便利的同时,也面临诸多挑战。为此,文章构建并实施了一项以智慧居家训练为核心、整合了社会工作专业支持与小组工作的综合干预方案。通过准试验设计评估该方案对提升城市空巢老人认知能力的具体成效。结果显示,干预组老年人的认知功能得到显著改善。后续维持阶段的评估进一步表明,小组工作有助于巩固干预效果,且表现出持续的协同作用。因此,融合科技赋能与人文关怀的服务模式对改善空巢老人认知状况具有可行性。
