Abstract: As an important part of the urban built environment, community parks have a vital impact on improving residents’ health. Based on the Web of Science database, the article systematically reviewed the research trends and hotspots of community park and health related international literature using the bibliometric method. The analysis found that: Community parks and health research rose in the early 21st century and has gradually become the focus of preventive medicine, health geography, sociology, environmental psychology, urban planning, landscape architecture and other disciplines, with a steady growth of literature; The health benefits of community parks cover physical health, mental health and social health. The research hotspots focus on five aspects: physical activity, mental healing, ecosystem services, social interaction and the impact on health benefits; In recent years, the balanced layout and reasonable allocation of community park green space have become a hot topic in the research on residents’ health improvement and urban space environment optimization.

Key words: community parks, health of residents, physical activity, healing effect, social interaction
