A Research on the Social Influence of Returned Brains since the New Era

Abstract: Returned overseas students are a pioneering group with academic achievements, broader perspective and creative thinking. This paper analyses the development characteristics and social influence of returned overseas personnel in the new era and holds that, for the returned personnel to play a greater role, on the one hand, guidance of the returned students needs to be strengthened to help them overcome their own shortcomings and, on the other hand, reasonable and effective policies and environment should be provided for them.
