Conflict Management: Reflections on the Deepening of Group Work Practice

Abstract:

Group conflict, generally present in the process of group work, is an important opportunity to deepen the group work. Taking the group conflict as a case, this paper discusses how to treat the group conflict and deepen the group activities. The conclusion is:keeping sufficient professional sensitivity is the precondition to grasp the opportunity to deepen the group work; the key to deepen social work is to accurately judge the origin and nature of the conflict, to face the core issues of the conflict; appropriate team work education and timely supervision is an important guarantee to improve the management ability of the conflict.
