A Comparative Study of Social Work Education Models in Chinese and Australian Universities and the Enlightenment to Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

Abstract:

This paper compares the social work education model of China and Australia in terms of the degree setting, curriculum design, teaching materials and teaching methods. It is hoped that by analyzing the strength of social work education mode in Australia, reference can be made for the localization of social work education in China. Meanwhile, facing the rise of Sino-foreign cooperation education mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the curriculum design, teaching materials, teaching methods and practice system for Sino-foreign cooperation education mode of social work profession.
