Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Universities Based on the “Association + Team + Project” Model

Abstract:

At present, China's colleges and universities have achieved good results in cultivating innovative talents, but it also faces many constraints and difficulties, the main factor of which is the lack of effective training mode. Taking a local university as an example, this paper proposes the construction of an innovative model-"association + team + project", which is based on professional student's association, relies on science and technology innovation team and oriented towards scientific research projects. It can break the bottleneck of the cultivation of innovative talents, deepening the reform of innovation education.
