Abstract: Abstract: The autism children family caregivers are faced with such problems as heavy mental pressure, insufficient ability and weak social support in the process of rehabilitation training. By applying the method of action research, this paper constructs the trinity service framework of enhancing ability, adjusting mentality and restructuring social support networks, explores how social workers can expand their social work service in the rehabilitation institutions, and probes into the localization of social work from an empirical perspective. The research shows that the localization of social work in these institutions is determined by how well social workers can cope with the abovementioned threedimensional relationship, establish professional relationship and cooperate with the institutions.
