Abstract: Current international communities are confronted with problems of the lack of professionals, low level of public service, unfinished integration of resources and power, failing to form an effective governance with multiple measures, and unable to meet the residents' multiple needs, affecting the sense of belonging among foreign residents. Under the guidance of sharing development, local college can be introduced to international community to co-build agencies for the governance and service of international community, cooperate in the personnel training, co-develop community service platform, implement social work service programs and explore the co-construction models for international community together. These measures will be adopted to create a diversifies atmosphere for the international community, optimize public service for the community, so as to build an international community that enjoys integration of Chinese and foreign residents.
