Construction of Corporate Social Work Model from Sharing Economy Perspective: A Study Based on the Data of Guangdong Province

Abstract: Sharing economic model provides reference for the integration and activation of social work resources. Based on the theoretical analysis and practical observation, this paper puts forward the proposition of constructing corporate social work sharing platform. In order to realize the efficient operation of the corporate social work sharing platform, a survey was conducted to investigate 28 enterprises in Guangdong by means of questionnaire and in-depth interviews, and some operable suggestions was made in view of the research data:In order to ensure the validity and continuous operation of the sharing corporate social work platform, relevant government departments should provide support regarding legislation, publicity, launch and capital; The main functions of the sharing platform can be divided into the core function, the platform function and the project function; The stuff of the platform can be divided into the platform staff and service staff.
