Chinese social work has not yet formed an independent discourse system, which brings some difficulties. The internal difficulties include embedded development model, lack of indigenization, and a low level of professionalization etc. The external difficulties include both the government and the public, who lack comprehensive understanding and full recognition of social work. What counts is that we should construct a new discourse system which faces at least the government and the public. On the one hand, the process of constructing and perfecting the discourse system can gradually solve the internal difficulties. On the other hand, the government and the public can have a better understanding of the meaning of social work, the types and quality of social work services. On this basis, we will gradually solve the internal and external difficulties and promote the development of social work.

Sharing economic model provides reference for the integration and activation of social work resources. Based on the theoretical analysis and practical observation, this paper puts forward the proposition of constructing corporate social work sharing platform. In order to realize the efficient operation of the corporate social work sharing platform, a survey was conducted to investigate 28 enterprises in Guangdong by means of questionnaire and in-depth interviews, and some operable suggestions was made in view of the research data:In order to ensure the validity and continuous operation of the sharing corporate social work platform, relevant government departments should provide support regarding legislation, publicity, launch and capital; The main functions of the sharing platform can be divided into the core function, the platform function and the project function; The stuff of the platform can be divided into the platform staff and service staff.

In this paper, using the method of knowledge archeology, we detailed the most influential concept of social work for a hundred years, namely, the theoretical connotation of "person in the environment" and the substantive method texts for their expansion. It is found that tension exists between "mechanics" and "ethics", reflecting the gap in the approaches based on two purposes. Using Weber's research method of ideal type, we can see that the contradiction between epistemology and methodology in the two kinds of purports, which is rooted in the subjective value and objective validity inherent in the ideal type of "person in the environment". Contemporary Western social work academia attempts to reconcile the subjective value and objective validity of "person in the environment" by practicing the theory of practice, that is, the practical responsibility of social work under the concept of pragmatism. Faced with the current situation of China's social work disciplines increasingly entering a new stage, the author thinks that we should return to the classic text of Western social work and summarize the experience gained and lost in the development of Western social work. Based on that, Chinese social work could pursue its innovation, thus injecting Chinese wisdom into the knowledge of worldwide social work.

With the further development of the new urbanization, the integration of migrant children into the community has become a problem in social work. We should break through the existing research limitations to take migrant children as "left behind-flow continuum" and adopt the intervention model of integration of social work practice, the organic integration of working group and case study, appropriate fusion of service object and non-service object, through the establishment of different professional relations to achieve a reinforced effect of the embedment of functioning mechanism and service quality. However, during the transition from government procurement to government purchase, social work specialization, professionalization and institutionalization are confronted with structural contradictions, and the integration of social work model is also faced with the dilemma of embedding in practice.

China has witnessed an increasing application of family therapy theories and skills in professional practice. Bowen family systems theory is intensively introduced herein. Using an example of a traditional Chinese family, this paper identifies its presenting problem, analyses its emotional process and interaction pattern, and formulates intervention strategies. Through embedding the case in local context, this paper also offers several explanations to the unique causes of the problem faced by this family. Both socio-cultural factors and intra- family factors work jointly to affect the family process. Implications for raising family workers' cultural awareness and promoting parenting education are also discussed.

In recent years, domestic violence has been so severe that it not only causes the injuries of the victims, but also has serious impact on children witnesses who are exposed to family violence in the long term. Children who witness domestic violence can learn violent behavior through observation, imitation, reinforcement, and rationalization. There is also a tendency that domestic violence in the biological families will affect their own families when they grow up, forming the intergenerational transmission of domestic violence. In general, foreign scholars emphasize the theoretical research and empirical analysis. Through case study,comparison, contrast,and follow-up survey, they find that witness children may get post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and pass the abuse pattern to the next generation, and offer quantitative criteria for the effectiveness of interventions for witness children. Through clinical trials and inductive analysis, Chinese scholars find witness children may have problems in physiological, psychological and cognitive behaviors, and notice the possible violence acquisition mechanism among witness children. However, there are still some limitations, such as few studies were about children who witness domestic violence and interpretation of professional appraisal and intervention is insufficient, with no summary that is comparatively systematic and comprehensive. In future, research emphasis should be put on strengthening theoretical analysis, exploring intervention model and deepening of indigenized researches.

After analyzing the government's practice mode of purchasing services from NPO, it is found that there is lack of NPO independence in the process of purchasing, lack of trust in the relationship between government and NPO, lack of integration capacity in "top-down" and "bottom-up" aspects and lack of core competitiveness for NPO. In order to achieve the optimal development path for NPO to solve its dilemma, we need to sort out the relationship with the government, build a service system of multiple cooperations, change the development orientation of NPO, turning from extensive management to elaborate pursuit, and build a relationship of trust, cooperation and identification.

In this paper, the community participation in mutual aid system based on the "Shun public market" and "Shun public granary" is described and the community participation in mutual aid system of community social capital construction is analyzed from the perspective of social capital with the Shun community in Jinan as the example. The aims are to explore the new ideas and methods for the mutual participation of city community residents for the improvement of social capital in community, to form a good environment of community participation, and to provide the opportunity and space of equal participation and development for community residents.

Traditional charity in China has the characteristics of family ethics and even social mutual aid. Family and state isomorphism is the social basis of charity ecology, and family ethics is the source of charity spirit in our nation. Mutual consciousness is the foundation of modern ecological civil charity, and multiple subjects participate in the rule of law and reason, which realizes the transformation of the integration mechanism of charity resources from mechanical solidarity to organic unity, and maintains the essential attribute of voluntary mutual aid of philanthropy. We should examine the resources integration mode, development logic and cultural commonness of family philanthropy, religious charity, government-driven charity, and new good law era in the history of charity in a stereoscopic way, and cultivate modern charity spirit with Chinese characteristics and create a harmonious and mutually beneficial ecology of "home" and "country".

At present, there are still great differences in the definition, classification and positioning of community social organizations, which is easy to cause confusion in the understanding of community social organizations, and poses difficulty to an academic consensus. Based on the comparison and analysis of the concept of community social organization, this paper constructs the classification framework of community social organization from the target dimension of community social organization (self-altruism) and structural dimension (rational-natural). Community social organization is divided into the rights of community-like community organizations, community new social organizations, sports and entertainment community social organizations, volunteer community social organizations and other four types of ideals. This paper discusses the causes, behavioral logic, function and representative types of the four kinds of community social organizations, and aiming at the development path of community social organizations, then, proposing the classification of governance based on heterogeneity and type conversion on the basis of homogeneity.

Thus a strategy mixing semantic translation and communicative translation may contribute the acceptance and dissemination of English version of Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping in the West. This paper starts from the perspective of semantic translation and communicative translation to discuss problems in the English translation of Deng's Works along with the influence that these translation strategies exert on the dissemination of the English translation.

From the three aspects of core element, support element and environment element, this paper analyzes the status quo of big data industry development in Guangzhou. Guangzhou boasts of the advantages of strong economic strength, broad market demand and solid foundation of information industry etc. However, in the open sharing of government data resources, data culture and data awareness training, training of big data talents, big data leading enterprises, there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, promoting the opening up and releasing the value of public data; enhancing social data awareness and cultivating social data culture; strengthening the training and introduction of big data talents; and accelerating the fostering of big data leading enterprises are the government's response to the development of the big data industry.

The practice education is the extension of the classroom education, and has become the important way to cultivate the talents in the high level universities. Under the guidance of "coordinated education", integrating social resources to serve the practice education in universities helps to achieve the goal of enhancing young students' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability. But at present, there are some problems in the process of carrying out practice education in universities, such as the imperfect mechanism in the utilization of social resources, insufficient optimization and underdevelopment of social resources and so on. In order to improve the practice education, universities should strengthen the effective integration of the social resources, and establish the overall configuration and sharing mechanism of social resources, build effective evaluation system and interaction mechanism to promote the sustainable development of social resources, then create the community of practice education in the universities.
