The New Direction of the Teaching, Practice and Research of Enterprise Social Work in the New Era: A Summary of the Second Annual Conference of the National Professional Committee of Enterprise Social Work of China Social Work Education Association in 2017

Abstract: Enterprise social work plays a vital role in the building of "co-construction and co-management and sharing" community governance pattern in the new era and solving the most concerned, direct and realistic interests of enterprise employees. After summarizing the status of the second annual meeting of the National Professional Committee of Enterprise Social Work, this paper focuses on the teaching, practice and research themes of Chinese enterprise social work in the new era, discusses how to apply the multi-service orientation such as the empowerment, takes enterprise social responsibility and union service network as two wings and then interprets the way to liberate enterprise social work from the perspective of community space. At the same time, it puts forward that enterprise social work in the new era should make a breakthrough in constructing the training system of talents between schools and enterprises, developing diversified practical operation mode, advocating enterprise social responsibility and responding to the survival pressure of migrant workers in order to promote the new development and new initiatives of Chinese enterprise social work.
