Education Mode Exploration of College Student Party Members Based on Experiential Learning Theory: Taking Education Practice of Party Members of Guangdong University of Technology as an Example

Abstract: The cultivation of university student party members is an important foundation to promote the construction of social talents and national political construction. The traditional education training mode has such problems as low frequency of organizational activities, single teaching content, dull teaching form, lack of initiative and enthusiasm among students and so on. In this paper, we propose to take experiential learning as the path, through the practical exploration of the experiential learning circle of student party members, to achieve the purpose of enriching practical learning, strengthening the communication among party members, and highlighting the education thought. Further, we reflect on the key points of practice, implementation guarantee, development direction and other paths to enhance the effectiveness of education.
