Abstract: The theory of strength perspective believes that people have strong inner strength, wisdom and potential. These strengths can help people overcome difficulties in life and promote their developments. The strength perspective theory is more macroscopic, comprehensive and thorough. It can be applied to the field of adolescent behavior problems, which can change the negative assumptions and cognitions of the clients under the long-term influence of the treatment model, effectively avoid and eliminate the defects and negative influences in the treatment model. Furthermore, this theory has revolutionized the theoretical basis and practical methods of intervention research on adolescent behavior problems. The strength perspective intervention model can improve the self-efficacy of young people while achieving the goal of alleviating adolescent behavior problems at the same time. With the help of this theoretical model, young people can gain positive development and realize self-help, which have important value and significance to the stability and development of young individuals, and even to the whole society and the country.
