Abstract: With the development of child protection system, it has become a new direction for social work study to explore and utilize the resources of social organizations in child protection. At present, social organizations in child protection are developing rapidly under the support of state policy. However, there are some problems, such as scattered resources, insufficient professional competence and piecemeal services, that make it difficult for those organizations to meet the increasingly complicated and diversified demand for child protection services. Based on the perspective of the organizational field theory, this article explores the mechanism of resource integration of social organizations in child protection in terms of developing cultural- cognition system, construction of relation system, advocacy of collective action and innovation of the organization model, so as to promote the effective concentration and systematic integration of resources.
