乡村振兴战略下乡镇(街道)社工站服务模式探析

Abstract

Abstract: The township (street) social work station is an important measure for promoting grassroots social governance, implementing the rural revitalization strategy, and providing livelihood services at “the last meter”. However, due to the unclear positioning, the construction and operation of township (street) social work stations are currently ineffective. Therefore, there is an urgent need to research on the construction of township (street) social work stations, clarify their roles, and refine their operational modes. In this study, we analyzed four social work stations in towns and townships (streets) of N city. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed by case comparison method. A “three-dimensional role” model based on “administration-supervisor-service” that covers administrative, supervisory, and service roles. This study aims to clarify the role of social work stations, and explore their service model to provide a local model for the nationwide construction and development of social work stations.
