摘要: 摘要:我国民族院校社会工作教育起步较晚,发展面临诸多难题。文章以湖北民族学院社会工作专业为例,通过对社会、学生和学科发展需求的分析,认为民族院校社会工作专业应主动适应社会发展的迫切需求,切实满足学生发展的多样化需求,积极应对学科发展的中长期需求,在培养目标、课程设置、教学模式和方法等多个方面做出回应,构建“需求本位”的社会工作专业人才培养模式。

Abstract: Abstract: Social work education started late in Chinese minzu universities, facing many problems in the process of development. The paper, with Hubei Minzu University as an example, analyzes the demands of society, students and disciplinary development, holding that the social work major in such universities should take initiative to meet the urgent needs of social development, students’ diverse development, and medium and longterm disciplinary development. In addition, it should respond to the training objectives, curricular system, teaching mode and methods so as to construct the demandbased talenttraining mode of social work major.
