被污名化群体创伤后成长的社会心理决定因素及社会工作干预路径

Psychosocial Determinants of Post-Traumatic Growth in Stigmatized Groups and Pathways to Social Work Intervention

摘要： 对被污名化群体的创伤后成长研究尚停留在独立影响因素层面，未形成系统化的理论模型或框架结构，使健康社会工作相关循证干预受阻。文章运用范围综述方法，借鉴健康的社会决定因素理论，在知网和Web of Science等高质量论文数据库中检索到了符合标准的114篇文献。整合相关结果发现，被污名化群体的创伤后成长存在五类影响因素：社会文化背景、家庭及邻里社区环境、资源获取条件、创伤事件性质、人格特质与认知进程。初步建构的“被污名化群体创伤后成长的社会心理决定因素框架”能够为健康社会工作领域开展相应理论研究与实务工作提供依据。
