医务社会工作视角下不孕症女性生育压力、二元应对和心理健康的关系研究

Dyadic Coping and Psychological Adjustment in Women Undergoing Assisted Reproductive Treatment: Associations Between Fertility Stress and Mental Health

摘要： 二元应对是夫妻共同应对压力的关键互动过程，在不孕症女性的心理适应中具有重要作用。文章通过对382名接受辅助生殖治疗女性的调查，探讨生育压力、二元应对与心理健康之间的作用机制。研究发现：(1)生育压力直接正向预测焦虑与抑郁症状；(2)消极二元应对在生育压力与心理困扰之间起显著中介作用，而积极二元应对的中介效应未达显著水平；(3)消极二元应对与积极二元应对之间存在关联，但在压力传导中消极应对路径占主导作用。基于此，文章从医务社会工作视角提出结构化四阶段介入框架，即初始评估、治疗支持、治疗后支持与长期适应，以通过优化夫妻应对策略提升不孕症女性的心理健康与生活质量。
