预防性视角下学校社会工作对青少年抑郁与网络成瘾的干预成效研究——以“共创成长路”项目为例

The Intervention Effectiveness of School Social Work on Adolescent Depression and Internet Addiction From a Preventive Perspective: A Examination of the “P.A.T.H.S” Project

摘要: 在学校社会工作转型升级之际,新的实践模式是否能带来显著成效成为值得关注的问题。基于此,文章以“共创成长路”项目为例,分析预防性视角下学校社会工作对学生心理健康的干预成效,为学校社会工作创新实践模式提供参考。采用前后测对照组准实验设计,在项目开始前和开展一学年后,使用流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)和网络成瘾诊断问卷,对实验组和对照组学生的抑郁水平和网络成瘾进行测评,以评估项目在改善青少年抑郁与网络成瘾方面的干预成效。结果显示:与对照组相比,接受为期一学年、共计18课时的“共创成长路”干预课程的青少年(实验组),在干预后其抑郁和网络成瘾水平显著降低。研究结果证实,面向全体学生开展的心理健康促进项目有效降低了青少年的抑郁和网络成瘾水平,这为学校社会工作介入青少年心理健康问题提供了新的思路。未来学校社会工作可积极发挥学校社会工作者的培育赋能作用,将干预模式从事后单维介入向系统性事前预防转变。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the ongoing transformation and upgrading of school social work, the question of whether new practice models can yield significant outcomes has garnered increasing attention. Using the “Positive Youth Development” program as a case study, this research examines the effectiveness of a preventive intervention-based school social work model in promoting student mental health. A quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test control groups was employed. The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) and a diagnostic questionnaire for internet addiction were administered to both the experimental and control groups before and after the one-academic-year intervention to assess changes in depression and internet addiction levels. Results indicated that adolescents in the experimental group, who received the 18-session “Positive Youth Development” program, showed a statistically significant reduction in both depression and internet addiction scores compared to the control group. The findings confirm that this universal mental health promotion program effectively mitigates depression and internet addiction among adolescents, offering a new perspective for school social work intervention. Future practices should proactively leverage the role of school social workers in cultivation and empowerment, shifting the intervention paradigm from a singular, remedial approach to a preventive and systemic one.
