如何与技术物一同工作:数智时代社会工作干预的非人类转向

Working With Technological Artefacts: The Nonhuman Turn in Social Work Intervention in the Digital-Intelligent Era

摘要: 数智社会的到来,为技术物塑造社会工作的服务边界和实践方式创造了机会。技术物的应用推动社会工作干预实践的非人类转向。在非人类视域下,技术物是实践网络中的行动者。作为社会工作者的支持者,技术物在由人类和非人类构成的关系网络中,通过问题呈现、利益赋予、征召和动员的转译过程,与人类行动者一起行动,形成联合能动性,推动社会工作的干预实践。社会工作者与技术物共事应遵循情境化原则,包括评估技术物的情境适配性、持续反思技术物的能动效果以及积极与技术物展开价值谈判。社会工作者是“人—物共生”干预互动网络中的关键行动者、翻译者和构建者,并推动社会工作实践生态朝着公平正义和满足福祉的态势发展。非人类转向丰富了人类对“人—物”深度交织时代社会工作实践复杂性的理解。

Abstract: The advent of the digital-intelligent era has introduced new opportunities for technological artefacts to reshape the boundaries and practical modes of social work services. The application of technological artefacts is promoting a “nonhuman turn” in social work intervention wherein nonhuman entities function as active agents in practical networks. As supporters of social workers, technological artefacts engage in translation processes such as problematization, interessement, enrollment, and mobilization within relational networks composing both human and nonhuman entities. Through these processes, technological artefacts collaborate with human actors to form joint agency and advance the effectiveness of social work interventions. Social workers collaborating with technological artefacts should adhere to contextualized principles, including assessing the situational appropriateness of technologies, engaging in ongoing critical reflections on their agential effects, and actively participating in “value negotiation” with technological artefacts. Social workers are key actors, translators, and constructors within the “human-nonhuman assemblage” intervention network, driving the ecology of social work practice towards fairness, justice, and enhanced well-being. The “nonhuman turn” enriches our understanding of the complexities of social work practice in an era characterized by deeply intertwined human-nonhuman relationships.
