摘要: 数智社会的到来,为技术物塑造社会工作的服务边界和实践方式创造了机会。技术物的应用推动社会工作干预实践的非人类转向。在非人类视域下,技术物是实践网络中的行动者。作为社会工作者的支持者,技术物在由人类和非人类构成的关系网络中,通过问题呈现、利益赋予、征召和动员的转译过程,与人类行动者一起行动,形成联合能动性,推动社会工作的干预实践。社会工作者与技术物共事应遵循情境化原则,包括评估技术物的情境适配性、持续反思技术物的能动效果以及积极与技术物展开价值谈判。社会工作者是“人—物共生”干预互动网络中的关键行动者、翻译者和构建者,并推动社会工作实践生态朝着公平正义和满足福祉的态势发展。非人类转向丰富了人类对“人—物”深度交织时代社会工作实践复杂性的理解。
