摘要： 终身教育是20世纪下半叶诞生的教育新理念。将终身教育贯穿于人的一生，其教育形式丰富多样，并有与社会紧密联系的内涵特征。以终身教育为理念，把志愿服务与大学生道德教育有效结合，使之成为大学生自我终身教育的有效途径和重要体现。探索将志愿服务纳入终身教育体系、完善志愿服务法律和政策保障、加强社区学院建设、激发志愿者的内在动力等建设路径。

关键词: 终身教育, 志愿服务, 保障体系, 社区学院

Abstract: Lifelong education is a new educational concept born in the second half of the 20th century. It has the characteristics of education in a lifelong process, in varied forms, with close link to society. With the idea of lifelong education, the effective combination of volunteer service and moral education among college students has become an effective way and an important embodiment of personal lifelong education for college students. This paper explores the construction path of embedding volunteer service into lifelong education system, improving the legal and policy guarantee of volunteer service, strengthening the construction of community colleges, and stimulating volunteers' inner motivation etc.
