自我污名对精神障碍者希望感的影响：家庭功能和专业心理求助态度的链式中介作用

摘要： 自我污名在精神障碍者中普遍存在，对他们的社会康复可能会带来不利影响。通过问卷形式对330名精神障碍者进行调查，分析其自我污名、希望感、家庭功能和专业心理求助态度的水平现状，探究家庭功能及专业心理求助态度在自我污名与希望感关系中的链式中介效应。研究发现，43.1%的受访者自我污名程度严重，希望感和家庭功能整体处于中等水平，有接近四成者抱持消极的专业心理求助态度。另外，自我污名与希望感、家庭功能、专业心理求助态度显著相关。中介分析结果证实了家庭功能与专业心理求助态度在自我污名与希望感关系间存在链式中介作用。因此，社会工作者在提供康复服务时，可重点从精神障碍者自我污名、家庭功能和专业心理求助态度三个方面作介入，从而消解自我污名及其负面影响，提升希望水平。

Abstract: Self-stigma is prevalent among individuals with mental disabilities, which may adversely affect their social recovery. Via the delivery of questionnaires to 330 individuals with mental disabilities, this study was to analyze the level of self-stigma experience, hope, family function and attitude toward professional psychological help, and examine the chain mediating effect of family function and attitude toward professional psychological help on the relationship between self-stigma on hope level. The results showed that 43.10% of the individuals with mental disabilities indicated high level of self-stigma, their level of hope and family function were at a moderate level, and nearly 40% of them maintained a negative attitude towards professional psychological help. Moreover, self-stigma was significantly correlated with hope, family function and attitude towards professional psychological help. The results of mediating analysis confirmed the chain mediating effect of family function and attitude toward professional psychological help on the relationship between self-stigma and hope. This study shows that social workers can focus on self-stigma, family function and attitude toward professional psychological help when providing rehabilitation services, in order to eliminate self-stigma and its negative effects and improve the level of hope.
