A Study of Theoretical Construction of Dispute Resolution Relying on  Local Government and its Administrative Power

Abstract: Solving social disputes with the support of local government and its administrative power not only has a certain legal and social foundation, but also has its unique advantages. The status of courts in our country and the reality of deficient judicial power provide a broad space and necessity for local governments to solve all kinds of social disputes with its administrative power. Against this background, the local government should be regulated effectively in the process of handling social disputes, which would help strengthen our social construction and management and promote the innovation of social management system.
