Abstract: The principle of good credibility is a basic principle of civil law, bearing the function of regulating the interests of all involved parties in civil activities. At present, the Credibility Principle faces quite some issues in China. Based on the evolution of the Credibility Principle, this paper attempts to analyze the deficiency of the current credibility theory, hoping to provide some suggestions for improving the theory of the Credibility Principle in China.
