Abstract: Enhancing the leading role of socialist core values in guiding internet opinion of higher education institutions facilitates healthy growth of college students and stability of college campus. Only by taking effective measures and establishing highly stable working mechanism of internet opinion guidance can we strengthen the guiding role of socialist core values in internet opinion in higher education institutions.
