Abstract: Cultural quality education is an importance measure to improve the quality of talent education in college. However, due to the features of subjects, there still exist some problems needed to be modified in terms of cultural quality education in universities of science and technology. By analyzing the existing problems on the topic, this paper puts forward some measures of improving cultural quality education in these universities,
