Abstract:  Adopting the method of practice study，this paper makes use of Sanguosha Board Games group as the research target, to explore the impact of Adolescent Social Work on the development of college student’s interpersonal relationship. The research shows that Sanguosha Board Games group can respond to group discourse of adolescence. By organically combining Sanguosha Board Games and social group work, the growth and development of interpersonal relationship of college students can be conscientiously promoted. This case shows that Adolescent Social Work can be naturally integrated with popular social issues in terms of practice. Social workers should flexibly adopt methods and attract the attention and interest of the adolescents, so as to provide effective service.
