A Study on Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliances Based on the Comparison of China with USA and Japan

Abstract: School of Management, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510520, China The industrial technology innovation strategic alliances, which started late in our country, mostly refers to the experience of Japan and the United States. Japan′s experience suggests that government can achieve establishment and development of alliance through macroeconomic regulation. And America′s experience shows that the market is beneficial to the orderly development of the alliance. Recently, industrial technology innovation strategic alliances have developed rapidly with the guidance and the promotion of government in China. However, it is noticeable that during development some problems are exposed, which need to be optimized with the synergism of internal and external motivation.
