Abstract: China Dream aims to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, unifying the three dimensions of national prosperity and rejuvenation, the well-being of the people, the value orientation evolution rules, making the political view of Chinese Communist Party conform to the evolution rule of the modern transformation of China, the general trend of integration and reconstruction of ideology in the information age and people's multiple value orientations in the contemporary era. It manifests the world view of contemporary China Communists from the three value dimensions, namely the development of history, reality and future, the relationship among nation, country and individual, integration and unity of China Dream and world dream, highlights the theoretic characteristics of China Dream in the process of localization of Marxism in China.
