The influence factors of non professional social workers help people character and culture

Abstract: social work service process is not only a professional practice process, but also because of the particularity of its service object and the uncertainty, complexity and diversity of social work process, it makes the process more moral practice, political practice and artistic practice process. Only professional education is not enough. This paper argues that the social division of labor based on human talent, as well as the establishment of talent based career choice, and then professional education and training, is an ideal career. Various non professional factors, such as personality, satisfaction, religious belief, individual experience, class status, and other factors, will affect the individual's ability to become a social worker. At the same time, through the reconstruction of the fair environment, education, demonstration and motivation, the cultivation of social responsibility, and so on, to further cultivate the individual's helping character.
