Based on 2 years' practice of social work intervention in patients with Parkinson's disease using empowerment perspective and photo voice method, this research intervenes in patient's treatment from individual, interpersonal and social aspects. The pre-test and post-test scores show that after the intervention, the physical, mental social health and total measurement score of patients with Parkinson's disease improved and significant treatment effect(P < 0.05) can be seen in the dimension of mental health which demonstrates the effectiveness of the application of empowerment perspective in mental health of patients with Parkinson's disease.
