Abstract: From the perspective of human's cognition, individual development or requirement of work, there is unity between Marxist view of practice and connotation of Party member's education and training. It is a significant method and vital theoretical basis to solve the current constraints on the quality and ability of student Party members and the weak links in the training of their further education. Based on the spiritual connotation of view of practice, we propose that a system for the overall construction of student Party members' education from the perspective of theoretical goals, content systems, and management pathways to comprehensively improve their quality and ability, which is of practical significance for the completion of student Party-building investments in colleges and universities.
