基于Citespace的心理资本研究可视化分析

Abstract

Abstract: In order to sum up the research progress of psychological capital from the angle of historical investigation, this paper took the relevant 2264 articles from 2004 to 2017 as the research object, using bibliometrics method, content analysis, and Citespace to analyze the knowledge graph of keywords, time-zone graph, research category, research hotspots and frontiers. The result shows that the core research categories in the field of psychological capital are students' psychological capital, positive psychology and psychological capital. The research process is divided into exploratory stage, rapid development stage and deepening stage, and college students, human capital and mental health have been the key research contents. At present, the research frontier involves college students' psychological capital, the relationship between psychological capital and work performance and the basic theory of psychological capital.
