Study on the Supply Status and Influencing Factors of Government Basic Social Services

Abstract: As one of the most important components of basic public services, the supply of basic social services directly affects the people' sense of gain. Against the backdrop of continuous increase in the total amount of basic social service, this paper constructs an analytical framework from the perspective of supply-demand matching, focusing on the analysis of the current supply and demand of basic social service and their matching. On this basis, the paper also studies the factors affecting the development of basic social services. Based on the above analysis, we put forward the following suggestions for future policies:increasing the total supply of basic social service and improving the matching of supply and demand, promoting the balanced development of service, and establishing lists of provincial basic public service to improve the provision of basic service.
