Exploration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Deeply Integrated with Industries: A Case Study of Guangdong University of Technology

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education reform is an urgent need for the country to implement innovation-driven development strategy. Currently, it is faced with such problems as outdated concepts, backward curriculum construction and lack of resources. Guangdong University of Technology takes the integration of industries and education as a breakthrough in reform, setting up a new training concept of innovative and entrepreneurial talent, building a personalized innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system, and extensively exploits high-quality education resources, jointly building education platform for innovation and entrepreneurship with enterprises, jointly introducing and cultivating high-level talent team, adhering to the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education which is deeply integrated with the industry, and aiming to meet the requirements of innovative talents for national innovation-driven strategy and local industrial transformation and upgrading.
