“求助否认”的本土形态与应对：精神健康社会工作的视角

Abstract

Abstract: Help negation refers to the negative attitude or behavior to seek professional psychological help. In China, help negation is mainly manifested on seeking family members’ or friends’ help instead of professional help, covering up the psychological problems with physical problems, easily quitting after the first session and self-abandonment. Social workers can employ constructive social work practice skills to cope with the above negation behaviors: setting goals according to clients’ demand, reframing the meaning of physical illness, making progress on the first session and coordinating the relationship between clients and environment.
