Abstract: How professional social work can “get involved” in the original community service system and survive and develop has always been an important issue in academic and practical circles. Among them, the attitude of community regulators to professional social work is an important factor. The attitude of community regulators towards the “intervention” of professional social work is influenced by two aspects: in terms of community operation, construction and development, it is mainly a “cost-benefit” comparison, which is used to judge whether the intervention of professional social work is “useful”; in terms of the community management system itself, it is mainly the “immune response” effect, which is used to judge whether the intervention of professional social work is “harmful”. The two factors are closely related and work together to determine the community regulators’ attitude towards the intervention of professional social work. Professional social workers should actively adapt to the community, take proper care of the community regulators’ own needs, and try to enlist the support attitude of community regulators, so as to better promote the deep “intervention” of professional social work.
