Abstract: To properly respond to the diverse needs of children in difficult circumstances in the process of deepening reform, we must start with social support, to build social support network for children in distress by giving full play to the linkage of social organizations and multiple subjects. This research focuses on the practical strategies of S organization's service for children in distress. By analyzing the service process, it aims to provide service reference for social organizations to participate in the construction of support network for children in distress. The research found that S organization can give full play to the advantages of the hub platform when carrying out services for children in distress, promote children's development and multi-subject participation. But the problems of S organization are still prominent, due to the limitations of organization construction, insufficient innovation in service content and form, lack of service specifications and mechanisms. Therefore, to promote the development of children's welfare, we must adhere to the principle of government leadership, to broaden social participation channels, and integrate cross-border innovation forces, mobilize multiple subjects to actively invest in services and resources in services for children in distress, to strengthen their social support network.
