Research on the Development of Social Organization from the Perspective of Social Innovation

Abstract: Social organizations have become one of the important subjects of the modern system of national governance, and how to improve their ability to better participate in collaborative governance is its development direction. This paper proposes that the endogenous perspective of social innovation is an appropriate and attractive direction for the next stage of research on the development of social organization. The creation of social organization is a kind of organizational innovation, whose concept and value innovation have independent social value. Service products are the carrier of social concept and value innovation, resource allocation innovation, chain, franchise, authorization and other organizational innovation is committed to better convey the mission and provide services. The innovation and development of social organizations can respond to the problems of target replacement in the government's purchase of social organization services, the lack of manifestation of the concept and value of social organizations, and the lack of autonomy of social organizations.
