The Internal Embedment Mechanism of Corporate Social Work

Abstract: On the basis of literature analysis, this paper considers that enterprises are not only the target of social work, but also the most important participant, acting subject and promoter. Corporate social work embeds professional ideas and methods into enterprise culture, management and welfare system, balancing and coordinating between the efficiency logic of enterprise and the social network logic of employees' needs. The internal embedment mechanism of corporate social work is divided into three levels, namely a balancing mechanism between achieving organizational goals and meeting employee needs; the internal motivation mechanism for enterprises to promote social work and the institutionalized mechanism for social work embedment in enterprise management. The three levels go further step by step and form the institutionalization system of the embedment mechanism of corporate social work, promoting humane management and sustainable development of enterprise.
