Response to Social Organization Trust Crisis and Brand Reconstruction from the Perspective of Social Governance: Based on the Theory of Disaster Causes

Abstract: Based on the theory of disaster causes and the analysis ofrelated literature and typical cases, this paper explores the hazard factor,hazard-bearing body, disaster-pregnant environment and accelerant of trust crisis incidents in social organizations. Drawing from advanced experience from abroad and from the point of mitigating hazard factors, it proposes improving transparent information disclosure system, paying attention to the construction of specialized personnel team, establishing comprehensive supervision mechanism, constructing effective accountability system, and strengthening media response. In terms of emergency preparedness, it proposes the formulation of emergency plans, strengthening themed learning and training, bringing a full play of media functions and a vigorous promotion of charity culture. In terms of preparation for recovery, it proposes two measures of emphasizing responses to media and strengthening investigation and evaluation.
