Abstract: Combined interaction of “community-social organization-social worker” is an important practice in the form of social governance innovation, which can greatly meet social needs for diversity. This reveals that combined interaction of the three parties shares with social governance in terms of value connotation. Community, social organizations and social work have respective roles and resource advantages in the combined interaction. Currently, there is a still too strong dominance of the government, while the combined interaction and funding is insufficient. To promote its healthy development, we must correctly understand the role of the government in the combined interaction. Communities, social organizations and social workers must adhere to the coordinated social service-oriented values, correctly handle their relations with other subjects in social governance and give full play to their functions in social governance.
