Abstract: Traditional social work service has some shortcomings, such as the lack of social recognition, unreasonable allocation of resources, the communication delay of information and inefficient service management. In times of "Internet plus", social work should make full use of the Internet as a tool to improve and innovate its traditional service mode. To be more specific, it is to use the Internet to expand publicity, raise social awareness, break the limitation of time and space, expand the scope of services and optimize the allocation of resources to improve the efficiency and quality of service management. At the same time, social work should pay attention to the problems that the Internet may bring. It is necessary to seize the opportunities and challenges to promote the specialization and professional development of social work.
