图书馆用户数字资源利用行为实证研究

摘要: 在相关研究的基础上设计了“图书馆数字资源利用行为调查问卷”,对广东省部分高校图书馆的数字资源利用情况进行了调查,分析了数字资源利用行为的影响,并得出以下结论:图书馆用户的信息检索习惯和获取数字资源的方式对于某些类型的数字资源的使用频率有影响;提高用户的信息搜索能力会间接加强用户利用数字资源的行为;根据不同用户的年龄、身份、专业和学历水平,提供符合用户个性化的数字信息;提高数字资源的质量和易获得性,可促使更多的用户使用数字资源;图书馆网站设计应做到界面布局清晰规整、设计简洁友好,主要功能在首页一目了然,并能提供个性化服务。

Abstract: On the basis of a previous research, the author designs the library digital resources utilization behavior questionnaire; conducts some surveys among some university libraries users in Guangdong Province; especially analyzes the impact of the digital resources utilization behavior; and finally draws the following conclusions. Library users information retrieval patterns and their access to digital resources have influence on the frequency of using certain types of digital resources; improving the users information searching capability will indirectly enhance their behavior in using digital resources;libraries should provide great diversity of types of digital resources based on different users age, identity, profession and academic level; libraries should improve the quality of digital resources and make them easily accessible so as to encourage more users to use digital resources. The design layout of library website should be clear and regular, simple and friendly; the main functions of homepage can stick out a mile, and provide personalized service.
