摘要： 摘要：通过调查某综合性高校社会工作专业两届143位社工毕业生对专业课程教学、专业实习、学位论文写作和社会工作专业教育有效性的评估，发现大多数学生对社会工作专业教育的有效性进行了积极评价，但也指出了课程设置和专业实习中存在的一些问题。针对这些问题，提出了社会工作专业硕士教育质量改进的建议。

Abstract:
After investigating the assessment by 143 social work master graduates from one comprehensive university of their specialty courses, specialty internship, dissertation writing and the effectiveness of their specialty education, the paper finds that most graduates evaluate the effectiveness of social work education in a positive way and, meanwhile, they point out some problems in current course arrangement and specialty internship. Based on the problems, the paper proposes some methods and directions for the future improvement of master of social work education.
