基于因子分析的企业低碳战略量表设计及路径分析

Scale Design and Analysis on Path of Enterprise Lowcarbon Strategy Based on Factor Analysis

摘要:   首先阐述了问卷设计及数据采集过程;其次,采用探索性及验证性因子分析法设计了企业低碳战略的评价指标体系,得到4个公共因子,对其命名为原材料及使用后处理、生产环节、物流环节、资源投入;再次,用路径分析法分析了因子之间的关系,研究发现企业的资源投入不仅对企业物流和生产影响显著,对绿色采购和产品使用后处理影响也显著;最后根据分析结果提出提高企业低碳战略的对策。

Abstract:
This paper first elaborates the process of questionnaire design and data collection. Second, index system of enterprise low carbon strategy is constructed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis with four common factors that named as raw materials and their postused process, production, logistics, and resources investment. Again, the relationship of four common factors is analyzed using path analysis, and the study reveals that the enterprise resources have not only significant effects on enterprise logistics and production, but also green purchasing and the postused process. Finally, measures to improving the ability of enterprise lowcarbon strategy are put forward according to the results.
