摘要: 儿童性侵害作为不容忽视的社会问题,日益引起社会和学者的高度关注。性侵害对受害儿童及其家庭造成的不可磨灭的创伤、对社会造成的恶劣影响,使得儿童性侵害预防网络的构建刻不容缓。建议以生物生态系统理论为分析视角,依据儿童个体、儿童与重要他人的互动过程、环境三个维度,从不同生态系统层面构建儿童性侵害预防网络,具体包括以儿童为中心的预防教育、以父母为中心的预防路径、以学校为基础的预防项目和以国家为主导的制度保障。
